Each product is tested several times before shipping to ensure the quality of each product. If it is not a particularly serious product operation problems we are generally based on replacement parts, try to avoid the return of the entire product.

  • Product failure damage within the warranty period, please contact SGARYVI after-sales team in a timely manner, customer service personnel will convey the problem to the engineers, by the technical team to determine the cause of whether the product parts can be replaced. Replacement parts and shipping costs will be borne by our company.
  • In the case of human-caused or other factors causing damage to the product, the customer is responsible for 80% of the cost of the parts and transportation costs, while the remaining 20% is borne by SGARYVI.
