Warranty Policy

  • Main unit: 1 year warranty
    Packaged accessories (if any): 90 days warranty period
    Consumables: 1 year warranty

Supported Warranty Vouchers

  • Authorized merchant purchase screenshots and payment screenshots, paper and electronic invoices: the product warranty start date is based on the time of purchase; if the last day of the warranty validity period is a legal holiday, the day following the holiday will be the last day of the validity period.
    If the consumer loses the invoice or fails to provide valid evidence such as screenshots of the purchase and payment from the authorized merchant, the starting date of the warranty will be deferred by 90 days from the date of shipment of the product’s package SN number.

The following cases are not covered by the free warranty return, replacement or warranty

  • Returns and exchanges, delivery and repair of the way due to transportation, loading and unloading caused by the damage.
  • Any damage caused by modification, disassembly, or repair without the authorization of SGARYVI.
  • Accidental factors or human behavior caused by product damage. Such as: such as wire breakage, shell deformation, corrosion, plug breakage, liquid ingress, drop damage, input voltage is not appropriate.
  • Those that have exceeded the warranty period.
  • Failure or damage due to uncontrollable factors (e.g. fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Warranty calculation after repair, return and replacement

  • After inspection by SGARYVI after-sales service center, confirmed to be a quality problem and completed repair/replacement, if the remaining warranty period is less than 60 days, the remaining warranty period will be extended to 60 days; if the remaining warranty period is more than 60 days, the original warranty period will be calculated.

  • Returns: host, complete accessories, complete packaging, invoice & proof of purchase (unaltered), gifts (if any)
    Exchange: host, complete accessories, complete packaging, invoice & proof of purchase (not altered)
    Repair: host, invoice & proof of purchase (unaltered)
